The Rooms
We have 5 guest rooms in total for rental
Each room is named after one of the 5 “Les Plus Beaux Villages de France” in Lot et Garonne. All bedrooms at Les Martinets are air conditioned.
Villeréal
The Villeréal is a family suite (consisting of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin and a towel warmer). The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (1.8m x 2.0m) and the children’s room is equipped with bunk beds to sleep 3. Cots are also available. This suite sits independently from the other bedrooms with the master bedroom facing the front of the house and the children’s bedroom overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
The family suite shares one private bathroom with a wash basin, toilet and full bath with shower.
Penne-d’Agenais
The Penne-d’Agenais overlooks the garden and the swimming pool area and has a king-size bed (1.8m x 2.0m) with an ensuite bathroom, consisting of a shower, toilet and wash basin and a towel warmer. This room can be rented as a stand-alone room or as a family suite with the room opposite (Room 3: Tournon-d’Agenais room).
*We can provide single beds (2m x 1m) in place of the king size beds on request.
Monflanquin
Monflanquin overlooks the garden and the swimming pool area and has a king-size bed* (1.8m x 2.0m) with an ensuite bathroom, consisting of a shower, toilet and wash basin and a towel warmer.

Pujols
Pujols at the front of the house and is equipped with a king-size bed* (1.8m x 2.0m) with an ensuite bathroom, consisting of a shower, toilet and wash basin and a towel warmer.

Our rates range from average from €89-€169 night depending on the time of year. Sometimes during the quieter months, the rates might be a little lower. To get the most current and correct rates, please check the specific dates you're interested in. Our rates do not include €2 local tourist tax, which must be paid on arrival.

Peak Season
We require a minimum 3 night stay during the months of June, July and August
Shoulder
We require a minimum 2 night stay at weekends between May and September.

Room rates are based on two person occupancy and include accommodation and a continental breakfast. Our comfortable rooms have heating and air conditioning. The rooms do not have televisions. Free wireless internet access is available throughout the property.

Peak Season
During peak season in June, July and August, we require 30 days’ notice for any cancellations. The charges for the entire reservation are non-refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date.
Off Peak Season
During off peak months (January to May and September to December) we require 14 days’ notice for any cancellations. The charges for the entire reservation are non-refundable if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date.
"No shows" on scheduled arrival dates and departures earlier than scheduled will be charged the full rate for the stay.
We will refund any payments made if we are able to re-rent your room.

We require a deposit the equivalent of one nights accommodation per room to secure a reservation and payment in full is due 30 days prior to your booked arrival date. We are unable to hold a room unless secured by a deposit.
Refund of a deposit (minus a €20 cancellation fee) will be made if cancellation occurs more than 30 days of arrival (Peak Season) or 14 days prior to arrival (Off Peak Season).

Check-in is between 15:00-21:00 and Check-out is 11:00. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.
If you require a later check out time, please advise us within 24 hours of your scheduled departure to determine if this can be accommodated. (If your room has to be prepared for arriving guests you may be required to vacate the room, but allowed to remain at Les Martinet and use the facilities.

Les Martinets is completely non-smoking/vaping inside the building and in the outside dining areas. There is a designated smoking area on the patio. You may not smoke or vape in any other areas. If you fail to honour this policy, there is a €250 cleaning charge that will be billed to your account. Please dispose of your cigarettes responsibly.

We may consider small well-trained dogs but please call or email us for details. Only one animal can be on the premises at any time, on a first come first served basis. No other animals are permitted on the premises.

The swimming pool is available to guests between the months of May to September. The hours of operation are 9am to 9pm. Please consider other guests when sharing the pool and patio area. There is no lifeguard available and parents MUST supervise their children at all times.
